Terra led a good life, that is until, She showed them her wings, She thought they had it too, She thought they’d think she was an angel; But no. Her father would beat her up. She only found comfort in the presence of her mother, who never failed to defend her. One night, they had a heated argument, Terra was crying, screaming, Her father was hurting her mother. It gave her a weird feeling, a feeling of burning anger, a feeling to tear everything apart. Terra stood up and walked over, her eyes was different from what used to be innocent, taking what ever was thrown at her without hate, without pain. Her father, still thinking she was ‘The Devil’s child’ pulled out his gun, drowning Terra’s screams with one, loud bang. Her father had escaped. Cielo Nero Family took her in. One day however it was on the news he was killed, so she was to be adopted, though reluctantly, by someone else in the Famiglia
But who ever said Terra’s life couldn’t be more miserable ? At least she had her mother before..
Terra grew up in the Cielo Nero Famiglia in Italy [The Famiglia her parents are in]. She liked staying in the HQ for the one reason she can’t hear her step=family argue. Since her step-father and step-mother were always fighting, She grew up without either of her step-parents guiding her, thus, growing up to be a VERY bad teenager. Every day, She notices her wings growing darker, not wanting history to repeat itself, She kept this to herself. Life was crappy for Terra, but she always looked forward to the day both her step-parents come home without arguing, but that seemed impossible, because her step-father was a bad drunk, always cheats on his wife, and beats up Terra whenever he comes home. her step-mother, on the other hand, is the exact replica of her step-father, always around with other younger men and cares for nobody else in this world but herself and money. And so, after years and years of hoping for that moment, Terra gave up on that dream and moved on to become a mafioso.
One day, when Terra was 14, She met other kids in the Cielo Nero Famiglia. Each with family problems, Terra quickly befriended them and everyone swore than when they are older, they will form an independent assasination squad inside the famiglia and leave their [own] family. Soon, they were accepted in the Famiglia as an associate. It was then they began to work for the Famiglia. Hijacking, illegal trade of drugs, these were some of the jobs they took, and with the money earned, her friends decided to experiment with alchohol, drugs and cigarattes, Terra threw up after trying all, so she told everyone she won’t experiment with those again, Valeria sided up with her, because she didn’t like these things.
Some time after, Terra was assigned to be an undercover mob associate of a rival family. The reward was alot, but it will take her 6 years before she can return to Cielo Nero Famiglia. After some thinking, she accepted the job and went away without a word to her friends. Her friends, thinking she left them, forgot all about her except for Valeria, the second youngest, older than her only by a few months.
Valeria was then sent to meet up with Terra in exchange for the information she currently have of the rivel family. Unfortunately, someone from the rival family saw her and told the boss she broke the Omertá. And so, instead of the boss ordering his family members to ‘give her a turban’, She became their lab-rat for the drugs the family are making.
So then the rival family are currently hunting down Valeria, thinking it was all her fault, she planned her escape, but the boss foresaw this and so, ordered for her to be locked in the lab in a straightjacket. and the lights turned off. Still, she didn’t give up, she stumbled around the lab, knowing the lab after becoming a lab-rat herself, she knew where she can escape. But once again, the boss was far more smarter, and so instead, she stumbled and fell on the table that wasn’t previously there, and alas, a bottle containing a mixture of formic acid, blinding her temporarily [4 years]
She stayed in the rival family for another more year before she could once again go back to Cielo Nero. During this year, Valeria frequently visited her secretly, however, a week before She could return, Valeria didn’t come. Thinking she was probably busy, She just shrugged it off. After she returned, she found out the boss was dead and so the new boss did not have that much trust for her, but it’s okay, as long as she had the payment. Before leaving, she asked the new boss where Valeria was, but who knew the answer would change her life forever.
“Dead.”
Terra went into an uncontrollable ragefit and asked him why. Turned out, the new boss thought Valeria was visiting someone from another family, thus he thought she broke the Omertá and so, ordered for her to be killed. This was the moment she awoke and grew her wings, she was THIS close of being a demon,
but the moment her wings reappeared after keeping it a secret for so long, Valeria’s voice played in her mind
“The reason I joined the mafia was…well.. ironic to say but, I wanted to .. erase every bit of evil in this world… and protect people…from people..like us.”
And so, her mind was cleared of all anxiety and doubts.
She will purge evil to make this world a better place
Her wings suddenly turned pure-white, streaked with acid-green.
And yeah, Terra murdered everyone in the Cielo Nero Famiglia, the closest thing to a real family, the place that took her in and decided to make Valeria’s dream her own.
